here is my story
Our journey began in April 2009. We were real estate brokers/owners & we watched as the real estate industry gave us everything-homes, cars, travel & unbeknownst to us, our poor health. Our routine was tough-long hours,remembering to eat & at the end of the day coming home, having dinner & falling asleep on the couch. In 2001, Patti was diagnosed with cancer. After chemo & radiation, the following 7 years saw a monthly weight gain of about a half a lb. Half a lb? No problem. After 7 years Patti was about 50 lbs overweight. The real estate industry had taken its toll on Mike too. Weighing in at over 300 lbs & on 6 different meds for high blood pressure, high cholesterol & a host of other aliments. We knew we were fat, but we didn't understand that we were unhealthy. We just thought this was our destiny. We had tried so many other diets and were never able to permanently keep the weight off. Very reluctantly, and not particulary optimistic, we agreed to try it for 30 days. As our friend, Dr Mark, said to us, what do you have to lose...except the weight!. After letting the boxes sit unopened for 2 months, we ran out of excuses and decided to try this on June 2, 2009. The first two weeks we experienced amazing results! No shots, no pills. Easy, convenient, goof proof, and tasty. Our attention was sparked! This was crazy! We went on to remove 60 lbs in 5 months for Patti and 112 lbs in 6 months for Mike!
